Saturday Morning Yoga with Jenna: Hatha Flow
Flow-based Hatha Yoga links the sustained postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that flow with the breath in a more vigorous series. The flow involves moving from one posture to another with minimal rest in between. This class is practiced in a regular temperature room but the fluent movement creates natural heat in the body. Attention is always given to basic alignment & therapeutic principles. Mindfulness (observing breath and body) are an integral part of class. Classes are balanced with energy, to give you a good physical work-out, and calm, to keep you balanced.
