Get ready for Cardio Box.

Cardio Box utilizes our MMA/boxing studio to help you improve your strength and cardio using a variety of boxing techniques. If you’re new to boxing, don’t be intimidated! Cardio Box is all about learning a new, fun way to be active. You will work through the exercises with a partner, so either bring a friend or make new friends in this fun and inclusive circuit class!

We provide boxing gloves and pads for our Cardio Box class, but you’re more than welcome to bring in your own equipment if you have it.

Spin Class.jpg

Boost your cardio with spin classes.

Our spin classes are good for beginners and experienced cyclists! Each of our spin instructors brings something unique to his or her class, but all of our spin classes consist of a warm-up, workout, and cool down, usually alternating between mid-intensity and high-intensity cycling throughout the class. Spin is a fantastic way to improve lung capacity and cardio while burning away fat, so it’s a great addition to any exercise program!

Welcome to Spin!

It would be my pleasure to have you join me in a spinning class either bright and early in the morning or as a fun finish to your day. My teaching style includes fitness, strength, safety and fun! Each class profile has been selected to work with beginners and advanced fitness members alike. I strive to bring energy, good music and instruction to my classes that encourage you to work hard and to come back for more! I adapt my classes to those recovering from an injury or a hard training session. My music selection includes the newest on the radio, country, disco, and even some opera! Check out the schedule and come and join me for an hour. I look forward to seeing you!

Circuits%252B1.jpg

Develop strength and fitness with a variety of circuit classes.

In these classes, expect the instructor to set up stations that you'll rotate through for the majority of the class. Stations typically combine strength and cardio to maximize your workout potential. You'll likely encounter a wide variety of equipment, such as Bosu balls, TRX straps, and kettlebells, but some stations might not use any equipment at all - think jumping jacks and push-ups!

Our circuit classes are labelled orange and red on our schedule, and they include Body Blast, Boot Camp, Butt & Thighs, Core Values, Functional Strength, H. I. I. T. (High Intensity Interval Training), and Strength to the Core.

Unwind with some yoga sessions.

Our yoga classes use traditional yoga techniques to engage your body, mind, and spirit as you improve your mental and physical strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Yoga and Gentle Yoga are perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, while Yoga for Athletes and Yoga Flow provide greater challenges. Sunday's Hot Yoga takes place in temperatures exceeding 90°F / 32 °C.

We also have a Yoga/Pilates fusion class that’s about 50% yoga and 50% Pilates for an additional cardio-based challenge!
