Pilates is designed to efficiently strengthen the body's core and improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. Classes begin with fundamental movements of proper body mechanics to prepare the body for the Pilates exercises. The Pilates exercises systematically work the whole body for a complete workout. In our classes, you will likely use a selection of equipment including weighted bars, stretch bands, foam rollers, and stability balls.
