Energy Fitness offers a wide variety of classes led by a diverse team of fitness instructors.

Whether you're a beginner or an expert, our instructors will provide you with challenges to match your abilities. Below is our class schedule and descriptions of each class. All classes are included in the price of a membership, so there is no extra cost associated with them. All you have to do is sign up for each class by calling us at (905) 708-0626, visiting us at the front desk, or using the MindBody app on your smartphone!

Body Blast

You can command power, strength and agility with this military-inspired circuit workout that will push you to your limits!

A fitness Boot Camp is a group training program conducted by former military personnel. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through high-intensity intervals over a 1-hour period of time. By combining strength training with bursts of cardio, you can achieve a total body workout that absolutely torches fat. As you maneuver your way through each exercise, you'll lunge, crunch, box, and more to maximize your full body workout.

Since you're moving constantly at a rapid speed in this class, you'll be burning major calories. You can usually expect to burn between 500 and 600 calories during a 1-hour long session.

In Circuit Training, you will rotate through a series of exercises that target different muscle groups. The exercises involve simple movements with advancements. This is a total-body workout.

Functional Fitness is a comprehensive, total-body approach to fitness. It combines cardio with strength so that your heart rate is elevated for the duration of the class while you work your muscles with different exercises. The class is structured so that you will be able to establish your baseline competency in the fundamentals of each exercise. Then, you'll push yourself to your limits to increase your strength and improve your proficiency at each exercise!

Functional Strength exercises attempt to adapt or develop exercises that allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injury. In the context of body-building, functional training involves two main concepts:. 

weight-bearing activities targeted
at the core muscles of the abdomen
and lower back

resistance work that improves strength
in such a way as to directly enhance
one's performance of movements

Functional Fitness is an approach to training that can be used a little or a lot to increase strength, correct imbalances, improve movement quality, reduce the risk of injury in everyday life, and help you gain comfort and confidence in a variety of positions, without sacrificing aesthetics.

Pilates is designed to efficiently strengthen the body's core and improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. Classes begin with fundamental movements of proper body mechanics to prepare the body for the Pilates exercises. The Pilates exercises systematically work the whole body for a complete workout. In our classes, you will likely use a selection of equipment including weighted bars, stretch bands, foam rollers, and stability balls.

Hello, welcome to Energy Fitness!

It would be my pleasure to have you join me in a spinning class either bright and early in the morning or as a fun finish to your day. My teaching style includes fitness, strength, safety and fun! Each class profile has been selected to work with beginners and advanced fitness members alike. I strive to bring energy, good music and instruction to my classes that encourage you to work hard and to come back for more! I adapt my classes to those recovering from an injury or a hard training session. My music selection includes the newest on the radio, country, disco, and even some opera! Saturday Morning Yoga with Jenna: Hatha Flow
Flow-based Hatha Yoga links the sustained postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that flow with the breath in a more vigorous series. The flow involves moving from one posture to another with minimal rest in between. This class is practiced in a regular temperature room but the fluent movement creates natural heat in the body. Attention is always given to basic alignment & therapeutic principles. Mindfulness (observing breath and body) are an integral part of class. Classes are balanced with energy, to give you a good physical work-out, and calm, to keep you balanced.
